The major question of laptop owner when got laptop problem :
- How much ?
- How long ?
And we never answer the fix schedule and price when customer come to our workshop and ask above question , why ?
In service we have to agree with the consequences and risk. Why i say
like that, service means we have to solve the problem from thousand
possibilities, and specially for dead laptop, it’s good analogi when we
go to General Doctor and ask to doctor what is my ill and do you
warranty you can cure the ill ? Every doctor will say I try to do the
best, I’m not GOD, depending how bad the ill. The starting point they
will give us antibiotic or similiar like that, if don’t cure please next
come and analize again with higher dosis (trial and error )
Laptop consist of hundred component , THOUSAND OF PCB PATH, upd to 7
layes path and thousand of tin solder. ONE OF THEM problem the laptop
can be problem. With so many possibilities we can reduce , localize the
part and estimate the price after long time analysing. After know the
problem we will trial and error like a real doctor, try change the LCD, mainboard, battery, chip , re-solder, etc.
Starting from that problem we will inform to customer , Is it
possiblle ? Is it reasonable price ? And we always inform the customer
if the price too high.
From above argument we can see that service will take time and price,
but still reasonable if the laptop with that spec is high, not for low
